New Uptown Restaurant

If you read this article in today's Charlotte Observer, you are aware that Hooters is working on a new restaurant located near the intersection of Trade & Tryon. Because the retail space falls within Third Ward, the Officers and Board, along with the presidents of the condominium associations located close to the proposed store, considered the neighborhood's response.
The conclusion of all involved was that a public protest was not desirable at this time. If you feel differently - or if you feel passionately about any issue affecting Third Ward - I encourage you to contact me to become more involved in the association.
