Richard Florida on Cities (including Charlotte)

Author Richard Florida (The Rise of the Creative Class) has penned a new article in the March issue of The Atlantic. Entitled "How the Crash Will Reshape America," it focuses on how different cities, and different types of cities, will fare in a re-emerging economy.
Mr. Florida has a positive regard for Charlotte, but those intimate with the city will recognize that we share a few attributes with declining Sun Belt cities as well. It is a long article, but I highly recommend it.
